Embedded Engineering Company was created in July 2007 by Chris Hielsberg. Chris is the Lead Design Engineer and President of Embedded Engineering Company. His career has been focused on new product development and manufacturing support. The majority of his experience has been in the development of firmware and hardware for embedded systems. Chris has successfully designed and developed embedded systems for medical, industrial, and wireless applications.
Embedded Engineering Company provides engineering services to clients with product design and development needs. Engineering services include all phases of a product development process.
Completing quality services on time and successfully transferring the service's technical knowledge to the client is our goal. This philosophy gives clients the ability to support and enhance the product design in the future without assistance from Embedded Engineering.
Firmware experience includes programming in C, C++, and assembly languages for a majority of 8, 16, and 32 bit micros. We have experience developing firmware on Embedded Operating Systems. Linux firmware encompasses both application and driver level development. Embedded Engineering has successfully implemented protocols for wireless, serial, I2C, and SPI communications. Also, we have interfaced to a variety of integrated circuits, LCD controllers, and electronic components.
Hardware experience includes digital, analog, and micro interfacing design.
